Welcome to Jacks Openclaw Publisher Tools ("the Application"). This Application is a personal automation tool developed and operated solely for my own use. It allows me to upload and publish videos to my personal TikTok account via the official TikTok API.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Application (including authorizing it via TikTok OAuth), you acknowledge that you are the sole user of this tool and that you agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and this document. This Application is not intended for public or commercial use.
3. Use of TikTok API
This Application integrates with TikTok's Content Posting API under TikTok's Developer Policies. All actions (video upload, publish, profile reading) are performed exclusively on my own TikTok account. No third-party access or data sharing occurs.
4. User Responsibilities
As the sole user, you are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish through this Application complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable laws. You must not use this Application to post illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
This Application does not collect, store, or share any personal data beyond the OAuth tokens required to authenticate API requests. Token data is stored locally on my private server and is not accessible to any third party. For full details, please see the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
This Application is provided "as is" for personal convenience. I am not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this Application, including but not limited to account restrictions or content removal by TikTok.
7. Modifications
I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
